Every engagement starts with the truth.
The Diagnostic is the front door. The fix is never designed before the cause is named.
The Adoption Diagnostic — four weeks. Conviction or compliance, and why.
Operating Model & Role Clarity — who decides, who owns, and a role structure that matches the work you actually do.
Process Prioritization & Redesign — one list, ranked, three things fixed first, and a rule that keeps the next idea from jumping the line.
Rollout & Enablement — for the change you haven’t launched yet: sponsor plan, practitioner-built workflow, pilot before scale.
Standing Advisor — a fractional seat to keep the change honest after it launches.
From rated to ritualized
Mandates get you compliance. The middle gets you ownership. Every change that lasts moves through three stages:
Rated. Done because it’s measured. That’s compliance.
Repeated. Done because it’s easy and cued. That’s habit.
Ritualized. Done because it’s who we are. That’s ownership.
Change lasts when it’s built into the everyday, not added on top of it. That’s why the people doing the work help design it.
How I leave it
Everything I build, I build so your people can run it without me. The goal is a team that owns the change, not one that needs a consultant to keep it going.
What I don’t do
Staff augmentation. Software selection. Recruiting. Comms plans or training decks as the deliverable. A readout without the sponsor in the room.
